The Dunbar garden sits on an exposed corner lot in a Vancouver residential neighbourhood. Tall cedar hedging meets a charcoal-stained cedar privacy screen, creating a private garden terrace. The division of the screen into equal panels allows the gate to disappear visually when closed. Soft ground cover planting and garden sculptures create a sense of tranquility.
