Laneway Eco-Home

This environmentally conscious laneway home design features low-impact construction methods and reclaimed materials. The insulated slab-on-grade foundation is energy efficient, and was polished and used as the finished interior floor. Reclaimed fir beams and floorboards add warmth and texture to the vaulted ceiling and loft, while a separated bath and laundry facility increases living space in the main house. Designed and build by our team in Vancouver, BC.
