02. CREATE
DESIGNING YOUR IDEAL SPACE
We explore ideas and develop conceptual drawings and renderings based on your criteria. We refine the design according to your feedback, and provide preliminary cost projections for the project. This is a collaborative process, and your input is invaluable.
03. PLAN
PREPARING FOR CONSTRUCTION
In phase 3, we prepare detailed drawings for permitting and construction. We obtain building permits if needed, and we engage trusted contractors in the project, providing updated timelines and cost estimates.
04. BUILD
crafting your new space
We work closely with our team of trusted contractors throughout the construction process to ensure that the finished space aligns with our design intent. We make regular site visits and provide solutions to unforseen challenges and conditions.
