Shaughnessy

The Shaughnessy project was an extensive renovation in collaboration with designer, John Minty. The existing covered terrace was extended and resurfaced in heated natural stone. Generous architectural concrete steps lead to the lower pool terrace. In-ground heading was installed along the access route to the carport to prevent snow and ice buildup and improve access in the winter. The existing pool was re-surfaced and finished with clean concrete coping.
