West 33rd Contemporary Residence

This collaborative project was conceived by garden designer John Minty, and built in by the 161 team. Architectural concrete is featured throughout the property and complimented by strong elements of Cedar privacy screening. The small rear-yard space is highly functional and includes a covered BBQ area, outdoor dining table, fire-pit and hot tub. Completed in 2016, Vancouver BC.
